I do not recommend going to Wendy's on the second floor as they have poor management and staff. The day shift manager is exceptionally professional and skilled. They should hire better employees for the second shift!
The guy with the straight mullet and American flag tattoo needs to learn some hygiene and manners. He didn’t wanna serve me because I’m black. He proceeded to call me the n word. Then while making my food he looked at me and stuck his hand in his pants and rubbed his Curley black hair on my burger. While pulling away he yelled at me and said go pick cotton. But the food was great never had a better burger.
We ordered 5 burgers at the restaurant, but only received 4 of them. When we inquired about the missing burger, the waiter was rude and unapologetic. The burger we did receive was poorly made, so we decided to ask for a refund.
This was the largest Wendy's I've ever been to. Despite them forgetting the sauces, the food was so fresh and juicy that it didn't even bother me. The service was excellent, rivaling Chick-Fil-A. Even though I live four hours away, I will make an effort to come back again.
