Katie's Korner - Cortland

As newcomers to the area, we recently visited Katie's Korner for the first time. We were caught off guard by the cash-only policy, but fortunately, there’s an ATM at 7/17 Credit Union just half a mile away. The portion sizes are quite generous, and the ice cream was absolutely delightful!

This place offers a wide variety of flavors and their waffle cones are made from scratch. A local recommended it to us, so we decided to give it a try. There are so many flavors to pick from, and the portion sizes are generous. The waffle cones are fresh and homemade. They even have benches in the shade where you can relax and enjoy your ice cream.

I absolutely adore the ice cream at Katie's! My relatives from out of town always insist on visiting when they're here. It's just so delicious!

I definitely enjoyed my cone. My small turned out to be a double dip, which on a hot day, turned into marathon attempt to eat the entire cone before it became a big sticky mess. Not the worst problem in the world. Homemade spumoni was a welcome treat.

Wow! How have I not been here before?? Our favorites were the two seasonal flavors we tried... Blueberry cobbler and Key Lime! Super yummy!!!
