Ive had it. I spend more than 100 here a week and besides Bill and the other lady there in am,the place sucks. Just waited 30 min for a mobile order. the manager didnt seem to care about the 15 people waiting in the lobby. But as long as she can have a laugh during her day. Terrible manager 1pm on sept 9 2023.

The staff at this establishment is truly exceptional, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to providing excellent service. It is evident that everyone here is not only highly skilled but also incredibly affable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Regarding the parking lot, it is important to note that Starbucks cannot be held solely responsible for it being one of the worst parking lots. However, it is unfortunate that some individuals display a lack of consideration when utilizing the drive-thru window during busy periods. Instead of patiently waiting on the far right until the entrance to the parking lot is clear, they choose to obstruct the path of others. It would be greatly appreciated if Starbucks could address and resolve this issue, as it detracts from an otherwise pleasant experience.
