Stonefish Sushi More - Cortez

Best Sushi I ever had somewhere! Really creative roles and delicious. Recommend the Kiva roll and the dirty Vegas. If you are not much of a fish person, the Verde role is a great option, or the Steak- surprisingly best steak can be located in Cortez by far. Crazy to find such a jewel in the southwest corner of Colorado.

The food at this restaurant was amazing! I tried the salmon roll and the spicy tuna roll, both were very tasty. I also ordered the pad Thai, which was both spicy and delicious.

This restaurant specializes in crafting delicious drinks and offers a great happy hour deal. They also have a specials menu, so be sure to ask for it. I regret not trying the salmon belly and Thai mussels, so I definitely want to go back. Sitting at the bar is recommended, as the bartender is very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Cortez and would highly recommend it.
