We went there on recommendation from a hotel owner we stayed with. Its front doors said the restaurant had opened quite a long time ago and the building seemed old indeed. The seating area was fairly big and no other fellow diners was there when we arrived at around 7.30pm. The restaurant was still only half-full when we left about two hours later and only just started buzzing. We had a salad and a charcuterie platter for starter and then moved on to a trount and a beef steak. The trout was moderate in size and manageable but the beef was huge (if my memory serves me right, you were only able to choose between either 350g or 450g). It may therefore be a good idea to share the main course if you go for the beef. The charcuterie, the salad and the trout seemed all fresh and well cooked but the beef seemed to come from rather hard part. The wine is made from biodinamically-grown grape and I liked that. We saw only one service staff but he was fairly attentive. Overall, I think you can have a satisfying meal at a reasonable price if you carefully choose what you order in a cosy atmosphere.

Une jolie petite terrasse en extérieur , mais un service sans sourire, certes il était 22h mais on est en été, vite servi pour vite finir. Des assiettes ordinaires un dessert passable...on y mange mais ce n'est pas le restaurant incontournable à Corte!

Le cadre de ce restaurant intérieur comme l'extérieur est magnifique l'intérieur en voûte avec une énorme cheminée ; l'extérieur en retrait de la rue principale Cours Paoli est une charmante terrasse ombragéel'équipe familiale du tempi fa est géniale et très agréable; à notre écoute et discute assez facilementquant aux plats , il n'y a rien à dire , c'est du Parfait : produits Charcuterie et viande Corse, fromages Corses enfin tous les produits proviennent de cette ile de beautéil faut s'y arrêter

De la cuisine typique avec des assiettes copieuses, un accueil chaleureux, un beau cadre, rien à dire
