We enjoyed our meals so much and felt well looked after by the friendly staff that we decided to come back the following night. The ‘fillet de cabillaud sur lit de risotto aux cèpes’ was delicious! Definitely can recommend this place.
Superb restaurant. We were staying at the nearby Dominique Colonna hotel and they don’t have a restaurant so they sent us next door to what in comparison looked like a run down hotel so our expectations were low but we were blown away. The food was superb. The staff were very efficient and friendly. They were appreciative of us trying to speak French and whenever we struggled they were happy to switch to English (you have to at least try). The portions were abundant and very good value for money. The view and setting are simply amazing. Wish I had more time to try all the dishes.
We were staying at the Dominique Colonna hotel next door to this restaurant and decided it would be an easy place to have dinner on our first evening. The first course of aubergine with a mousse of the local Corsican cheese was excellent. However, my second course of dorado accompanied by vegetables and rice was not. Some of the rice was so hard I feared I could break a tooth if I bit too hard on it. The vegetables were over-cooked and very sorry looking. My husband had the night’s special of Vietnamese beef rolls with an odd dipping which he enjoyed but isn’t like anything I’ve ever had in the many Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to. I think this restaurant makes its living catering to the tour busses that stop there for lunch. If staying at the Dominque Colonna I recommend you drive the mile into Corte and eat at one of the many restaurants there. I gave it three stars because the first course was so good and my husband liked his meal.
We were in the hotel dominique colonna next door in this restaurant and decided that it would be a simple place to eat on the first night. the first cure of the aubergine with a mousse of the local Corsican cheese was excellent. but my second cure of dorado with sweet and rice was not. some of the rice was so hard I was afraid that I could break a tooth if I'm too hard on it. the sweet was overcooked and very sad to look. my man had the night the special of the Vietnamese bark rolls with a strange dive he enjoyed, but is not like everything I ever had in the many Vietnamese restaurants. I think this restaurant makes its residential gastronomy the tour buses that stop there for lunch. if they stay in dominque colonna, I recommend to them to drive the mile in corte and eat in one of the many restaurants. I had three stars because the first cure was so good and my man liked his meal.
The deplorable nouriture service c was so well before three dishes to choose the mini pizza salad and packaging as in the super market and that's all I'm talking about the price
