Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee Restaurant

Made a reservation at 6, which was the latest time a reservation could be made. We called to confirm because we knew they closed at 7. We were the only people there, and I think the manager took us to our table and ordered our drinks. 2 minutes later the server comes to take our order, and we told him we needed 5 more minutes to look at the menu. When he comes back he states the kitchen is closed that 's why I wanted to take your order 5 minutes ago. The chef left for the night but after talking to the manager he said the chef doesn 't leave til 7, and we had plenty of time to put our order in. While ordering entrees he asks if we want dessert and we have to put the order in immediately because the kitchen is closed.. we were the only people in the whole restaurant and we were being rushed for no reason. I will never go back. Food was good. But service was TERRIBLE

We were treated. by Nordstrom Ted Reed first a silent auction fundraiser package! I introduced my friend to Brazille as she did not even know this restaurant existed. We loved everything food service atmosphere!

The service at this restaurant was extremely lacking. We had to wait a long time for our food, and even after ordering tea, it never arrived. Unfortunately, our first course was forgotten altogether. The salmon was just average, but the fish and chips were quite good.

Experience was made by our waitress. She was lightening fast, personable, and quick with recommendations, which were all delicious. Highly recommended and will be back soon!

The salad with fresh salmon at this restaurant is excellent. I can't believe I didn't know about it until now. The atmosphere is comfortable, the service is great, and there is a variety of American food available. It's quiet, cozy, and conveniently located. While it may be a bit pricey for a lunch while shopping, it's a good dinner option if you're shopping afterwards. The salad with fresh salmon costs $19.
