Zambra Fusion Cafe - Corpus Christi

This restaurant is absolutely charming, and I really hope it becomes successful. It seemed like the location might be a factor in the lack of customers during my lunch visit. The menu is extensive, and I had a hard time deciding what to order. The waitress offered some helpful suggestions, but in the end, I opted for the lunch special, which included a cup of soup and half a sandwich. I chose the creamy poblano soup, but I wish it had been thicker; it was a bit too runny for my taste. The chicken salad sandwich was decent—nothing out of the ordinary. However, I must say that the artichoke dip was heavenly!

This charming and inviting restaurant offers fresh, flavorful meals. I had a delicious hamburger without the bun. They also have a wide selection of chocolates, caramel toffee, pastries, and unique home decor items. Ideal for those with dietary restrictions, as they provide gluten-free options.

The appetizer and the entrées were excellent. My family really enjoyed the flavourful items we selected off of Zambras menu. Definitely did not disappoint. We will absolutely be returning customers. If you want something different and hearty this is the place.Food: 5/5
