Whataburger - Corpus Christi

Under cooked fries used to be a good place, but I think they are hiring just too many young ones acting silly, unprofessional, flirtatious with each other seems more like a McDonald's than good ol' Whataburger it used to be. Needs to hire maybe 30 and over and leave the kids to McDonald's. Stopped coming here and started going to a more mature atmosphere for a real burger!

The most polite and accommodating staff. Good food and I still had some time left on my break.

My husband and I were returning from vacation and decided to stop for a bite to eat. After placing our order, we ended up waiting nearly an hour for our food. I want to emphasize that I don’t blame the cashier; she seemed to be overwhelmed by the influx of customers, and the place was really packed. I truly believe she did her best! She managed the stressful situation admirably and didn’t give up. When our food finally arrived, we didn’t get upset with her because we recognized it wasn’t her fault. I felt really sorry for her but also proud that she kept pushing through! She is clearly a strong person, and I admire her perseverance. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but I can tell you we were there around midnight.

It seems like they misplaced the salt shaker; my fries were completely bland—no salt at all. They also forgot one of the drinks we ordered before we left, and we didn’t receive the ketchup we requested. The three stars are for the burger, which was tasty. However, I wouldn't return to this place.

We ordered shakes but didn't receive them along with our food. We ended up waiting until we were leaving to finally get them, and the staff apologized and made them for us. Additionally, the code lock on the bathroom was inconvenient; I don't really see the need for it. However, they do provide you with the code.
