Whataburger - Corpus Christi

I was served undercooked chicken tenders during my meal. Although I had eaten a good portion of my food, I politely requested a refund. The staff acknowledged the issue with the tenders and processed my refund without any trouble. However, as we were about to leave, I could hear them laughing amongst themselves as if it were a joke. Then, the young boy with glasses at the front counter sarcastically said, "Have a good night!" which made it seem like they thought the mistake was my fault. I definitely won’t be returning; everything was fine until that sarcastic comment.

The restaurant was clean, but the drive-thru could use some improvement. If you're behind someone who has placed a food order and you only ordered a coke and fries, you'll find yourself stuck in line until the other vehicle receives their order. They rarely instruct the person with the food order to move forward. Additionally, ever since the ownership changed, the burgers just aren't the same.

I ordered the #1 Whataburger meal with cheese, and it was hot and fresh, just like the fries! It was delicious and so enjoyable. It’s even better when the order is prepared correctly!

Good place and they got my burger right but they forgot my spicy ketchup and i?m very salty about that

I ordered my food at 11:02 pm to get breakfast, there was no wait in line but 1 car ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes until someone came out with orders to take out to the car by the time there are 2 more cars behind and the one car ahead of me. Thelady who gave the food gave the food to the car ahead of me and the 2 cars behind me. She asked me what I ordered I said #21.She said it?ll be out shortly. It wasn?t until 11:40 pm she came out with more food and it wasn?t even mine it was the personbehind me again! So asked asked her where?s my food and she said sorry it?s on the way. I didn?t get my food until 11:45 pm.Never going there again! It?s always wait time there regardless if there are cars or not!
