Przekaż informację zwrotnąI don't know why it happens that I order something and I get something totally different..it's like the person taking the order is adamant to give u what he prefers u should get..this is always the same thing!!! Also he doesn't care if I have a reason why I'm getting it the way I do.... I'm allergic to some ingredients...but do u think he gives any thought to that since he takes the order like he wants it!!! Ur Patrons need good customer service!!!
This restaurant was a pleasant surprise - it was bustling with customers and they even offered us samples of their food, which was a nice touch. Although we weren't hungry at the time, the drinks were delicious. Since we didn't actually try any of the food, I can't give a rating on that. The service, however, was top-notch - 5/5.
I am amazed by the quick service and accuracy of this team. They even managed to spell my name correctly. I give this crew five stars! The food was also exceptional, I would rate it 5 out of 5.
I ordered a Venti hot white chocolate mocha, but it was not what I expected. I didn't even take a sip because it was not what I had in mind.
Went before I took my kids to a birthday party Saturday morning around 10am. I am mixed so it’s been rare that I deal with racism, but almost certain I was racially profiled. When it was all said and done, I waited 40 minutes while my cup sat on the counter (mobile ordered before I even got there). They asked my name 5 times, and all 5 times I pointed at the cup on the counter and said Jennifer it’s right there … and all 3 of the Hispanic baristas did not even turn to look at it as I pointed and just started working on all the other drinks. 3 waves of customers.. busy then slow went by and when I finally ask one of them to give me their name so I can make a complaint and to give me a refund, she yelled at me to “leave the store! I don’t have to give you a refund and I don’t have to serve you!..sorry!”
