She stated that the driver said it was delivered to my home. I assured her that it wasn 't. She was condescending and rude. I hope that our call was recorded. Aby that time I wanted a refund and she said that she wasn 't allowed to give a refund nI 'm sorry I never heard of that. I asked for for supervisor and she put me on hold and her general manager said she would call me tomorrow...... I was fuming and I asked for corporate number and ISABELLA stated she didn 't have the number. I was able to call corporate and spoke to Ashton he was friendly and helpful and requested refund for me which I will get in 3 days. I WILL NEVER GO TO THE AYERS LICATION..... AND ISABELLA NEEDS TO BE REPRIMANDED.
