Food and service is beyond amazing. I always order the veggie udon which is amazing. The servers are amazing and friendly. They know my order before I even say anything. This place serves the best Ramen. One week I went about 4 times in the same week because of how amazing everything is.Food: 5/5

Everything about Ninja Ramen is great! They're very friendly and service is super quick. The wait time for your food is little to none and everything comes out hot and fresh. Everything is absolutely delicious (I went twice in the matter of a week ? ! A 10/10 all around : Food: 5/5

I've been here so many times and I've never had a bad experience. The ninja ramen bowl with the pork katsu is one of my favorites. The red curry with tofu is phenomenal. Eggs rolls and miso soup are very yummy too. And the custard dim sum is a great sweet treat after your meal.Food: 5/5

The food was overall good but not great. Their Karaage ramen sounds good in theory but the karaage gets soggy and ends up not working well (even though it's still tasty). Same for the Teriyaki chicken ramen--the teriyaki sauce just slides off the chicken and doesn't add any flavor to the broth. Their Thai fish cakes are amazing though; best fish cakes I've ever had hands down! For dessert, sticky rice with coconut is a winner. Service was great, the ambiance helped make it an enjoyable meal. Definitely a great place to eat in Corpus Christi.Parking: If the parking lot outside is full, they don't have table space for you ? You can still order to go!
