Mcdonald's - Corpus Christi

I would not even give this restaurant a star. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I called to speak to the manager about my order of a 10-piece nugget and hot and spicy items, and the manager rudely told me that all orders get their meal items. I agreed, but explained that I only received two items. The manager then said that I received a free meal because I was a safety guard, which was not true. This was the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's, and I will not be returning to this location. I will also be informing my colleagues about my experience so that they do not go there either.

They close at 11 o'clock, but per worker administration. they are closing an hour early than being annoyed by the management. but looking inside looks like it just hangs on the phone and sweat crack

I couldn't hear/understand the worker where I commanded driving thru. had five cars a head of me, so was the waiting time long. flurry was made messy, top was not on the right side got sticky finger without serviettes given and got no caramel and hit cream in my caramel mocha

The meal was expensive for a small portion of fish with very little tartar sauce, and the cheese was bland. The food was cold compared to the dollar menu option, which they did not actually have. I paid $29 for a chicken sandwich that was stale and not very hot. The restaurant was clean but not very busy inside, although the drive-thru was active. Overall, I give it two stars.

I placed a mobile order sometime before 11 PM last night. When I arrived I was informed the McD's app (or the store) couldn't do mobile orders at that time. I was very disappointed because I forgot my wallet, so I couldn't even order normally. Then the cashier said if I gave them the coupon code in the app my order may come up. It did, and more importantly it was paid. I got my food hot and yummy thanks to the incredible staff here. Thanks!
