Bill Miller -b-q - Corpus Christi

I ordered a side of BBQ, a side of gravy, and specifically asked for salt and pepper, but none of those items were provided. The sandwich was dry and had very little BBQ sauce, despite being labeled as a BBQ poboy. On a positive note, the sweet tea was good.

I love this order usually yet this time Bill Millers really let me down. The sweet Tea tastes watered down and old I asked for extra Pickles and onions on the side and got nothing. they also usually put in a small BBQ sauce yet nothing this time and the sandwiches are super dry this time.

The large family order was fantastic. Bill Miller’s has always been one of my favorite BBQ spots, and it continues to impress. The food was fresh and delicious, the tea was just right, and my delivery driver, Ross, was great!

The beans and potato salad were both quite good. However, the BBQ sauce was disappointing—it had a sour taste. The meat itself was unremarkable, lacking any distinct flavor. The fries were dry and tasteless, not even seasoned with salt. Overall, the brisket's complete lack of flavor was very disappointing.

My boys loved the whole order mainly the sausage and brisket and the sweet teas has always been a favorite
