Taco Bell - Corona

That's the worst Taco bell I've done. I had several problems here in the past. today we ordered food in the car thru. the young man at the window was very nice and pleasing. he seemed new, but he did a good job. his manager put everything together. he gave the child the bag and said everything was in there. Of course, when we leave the drive thru, we go through the bags and see that we lack 2 items. So we go back in to get our stuff and the manager started to get rid of the child who worked the running gear thru. even if it was the manager mistake that we didn't get our food because he insisted that it was all in the bag because he put it together. this place is just terrible.

I showed up last night around 10:05 and the drive through had been coned off. Another customer who drove up right before me was there standing outside the front door. I asked him what was going on, he said he didn't know but had placed an order online. We moved the cones to drive up to the window and the employee told us they ran out of food so they had to close early. Not sure who is running this place but I feel they need to hire someone else.

This place is literally so bad and they close early all the time. Im here at 8 pm and their listed closing time is 12 midnight. How are you going to be closed 4 hours ahead of time???? So unprofessional.

Very long lines in drive thru at least 30 minute wait to get your food. Dine in is closed due to staff shortage according to the sign on their window as of 10/2021. So if you placed your order through the Taco Bell app like I did you're still have to make the long line to get your food. Only positive thing is that the food is fresh. So if you're in a hurry do not come to this Taco Bell.
