Starbucks drinks are not available and seem from what told they run out of basic ingredients to make the drinks! Cost is very expensive. Started enjoying our brew at home better atmosphere too!
Always consistent when they make my drinks. They do have some issues with general supply of everyday items- tea, oatmeal, but overall a good quick stop.
Love the customer service and their goodies!!! Will always be a customer so glad that they made their chocolate cookies larger!
I do love their drinks. They are a bit pricey if you go consistently. I use it at a treat for myself every now and then. I'm obsessed with their tumblers and coffee cups though.
-5 stars! This is by far the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited. I would prefer they close this branch rather than continue operating poorly! There seems to be no effort to improve or keep the place clean. The staff here are consistently rude and act entitled. They don’t even bother to clean behind the machines; it's always filthy. I’ve received pastries that were half-frozen and drinks that were poorly made. They also enjoy playing games with customers. I arrived at the drive-thru at 8:17 PM, only to be told at 8:29 PM that they were closing and that their system shuts down automatically. I have called customer service and requested to speak with a manager—either the store manager or a regional manager—but have yet to receive any response.
