I really liked the whole place and the drinks I recommend going there.Kid-friendliness: It was for kids nothing bad.

Used to be my favorite boba shop. Haven’t been here for awhile, but I came back and got the Ralpha Signature and it tasted like JUST milk and boba. : It sucks also having to type in your order on the kiosk while the employees sit on their phones. Asked for recommendations multiple times and they just didn’t know anything. #BringbacktheoldRalpha. My dog could take better orders than this lol.

I'm sorry I have to give this place 2 stars. For the past week, my son has been staying with me, and on a daily, he's been wanting Boba so we've been trying to get some from here, but every time we come here it doesn't open till 12:15 pm when it says 12pm and the boba's are not ready til 25 mins after that. It's been a bust week I don't want to wait 40mins for a boba.

Great tea, however making your cashiers handing the register to the customers to select your order is an insult. I'm not coming back again.
