I arrived at 9:50 and didn't leave until 10:05. The drive thru team member was very rude to me. After I asked her to review my order, she told me to let her know when I was ready and closed the window on me. When I tried to hand her my money, I accidentally dropped some and she didn't seem to care. She then closed the window again without completing my order. When she finally returned with my food and change, I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. It is concerning that she was handling money without gloves and had a bandage on her finger. Miguel's should reconsider having someone like her represent their restaurant. I am disappointed with this location and will be visiting other Miguel's locations in the future.
This restaurant has been a longstanding fixture in the area for many years. However, the overall quality is just average. The prices are reasonable and the Burrito is generously sized, but the salsa lacks flavor and doesn't add any satisfaction to the meal. Despite this, the buzz, tear, and cheese (BRC) burrito is still delicious. For less than $4, you get a satisfying meal, especially if they include free chips and cilantro with their own salsa. The BRC burrito is the main reason why I continue to dine here.
I frequent this restaurant often and it has become a favorite spot for me. My friend picks up burritos from here almost every week, and there is always a friendly girl with excellent customer service who ensures our order is always correct. Occasionally, the tortillas may be a bit hard around the edges, but this is a rare occurrence. In general, my experiences here have been nothing but positive, and I highly recommend Miguel's to anyone looking for a great dining option.
My brother and I stopped to eat something too early. It was three cars in the Drivethru between 8:00 and 8:30 and no one inside. The fact that there was breakfast time and hardly anyone there should have been a huge red flag. We both ordered the chorizo breakfast Burrito and were both disappointed. The Burrito tasted like a Gooey fair. It had large pieces of potato and the rest was a soggy drive without taste. I'm not even sure if it had eggs or chorizo in it. Even the salsa was bland and not spicy. Needless to say, we haven't finished the Burrito and left hungry.
This is not a place to recommend when you want Mexican food. I have not tasted the experience at all and I have eliminated it from my memory as a choice for food.
