I placed a to-go order online and the sandwich I received was not even remotely close to the one I ordered. I double checked I didn't make a mistake on the order. I am so disappointed. A sandwich that is almost $15 and I couldn't even eat it. Plus I left a tip and they didn't even try to get it right.

New review, I thought jersey mikes deserved another new feedback due to how they got back to me and I felt like I needed a new perspective on the service they provided, so I stopped by again and happy to say that I received welcoming and hardworking employees that made the service great.
