Gen Korean Bbq House - Corona

I don’t recommend. Service is bad. Be careful, Don't fall into the trap. They'll put you on expensive menu just because you ordered a snack. They say the responsibility lies entirely with you. But the problem is they didn't tell you anything when you ordered.

We went to eat there yesterday with my son that came from out of town and the service was horrible. The drinks took over 30 minutes to get and the only reason we got them was because we got up to check our order. We didn’t even the water we asked for during that whole time. One of the drinks was a pitcher of beer and it was hot, the server was nowhere to be found and we had to walk to the bar again and ask for colder beer, once we got it back it was still warm. The girl kept telling us she was going home and was definitely mentally off while serving us. We ordered certain dishes we never received and had to continue getting up checking on our order because she was nowhere to be found and found her hanging out in the front. The bus boy was amazing and continued to change the grill, clean up the table, etc. The food was good, but the service killed the whole experience. I will never go back.

The food overall is amazing we got seated and we waited 30minutes to get a server. The after we ordered we waited another 20minutes for it to arrive to the table. After the first round so far right now we have been waiting 15minutes and still no waiter and NO DRINKS

Came here for lunch and got seated immediately and a server never approached us and after 20 minutes we went and got the host who apologized and had someone assist us. It wasn’t really crowded, they were probably understaffed? They didn’t have rice paper and the table wasn’t set up with the usual sides.

All you can eat. Super busy,and service was very slow. But food was great. $29.99 person(dinner weekend). All dishes were small amounts not big one, which was I love it. So you can try more different types of meat and decide which one you like mostly. We were here around 3:00PM last Saturday. 2 hour eating limited time, it was full of customers when we left. Very good business. Good chains restaurants. Will come back.
