If you want the best bagels in Corolla, you should wait. You open around 7, what I think is a little late for a bagel joint in a beach town. If you show at 7 you will wait for at least 45 minutes to get your food. Best to arrive 20-30 minutes early to be the first when they open. Despite waiting, the bagels are worth it. They're something on the expensive side, but they're pretty big. I recommend the French Toast Bagel. It's one of a kind and not too sweet. I also found the sriracha all the bagel to be a nice spin on the whole bagel, but my only complaint is that there was missing some of the “all” topping. Her rosemary olive oil bagel is also very good and unique. I formed the French toast, sriracha everything, and an egg bag (cut out to show the wideness). I didn't give him four stars for the service. Lighthouse Bagels has the best bagels on the east coast. Wide selection of bagels and sandwiches (vegan options too). Staff is always on their game and super friendly. The coffee cake is really good. They serve coffee from The Kind Cup which is an added bonus. This is the only place you need to go in Corolla for breakfast. Arrive early to avoid a long wait.
