Wetherspoons - Cornwall,Isles of Scilly

My experience at Bodmin spoons was disappointing. We were enjoying our coffees with our working assistance dog when a staff member, who seemed to be unaware of the laws regarding service dogs, rudely asked us to leave. Despite explaining that our dog was working and providing proof of his status as an Emotional Support Dog, we were still kicked out of the establishment without being allowed to finish our drinks. The manager, who supposedly authorized this action, was nowhere to be seen. This treatment was unacceptable and poorly handled by Wetherspoons.

The restaurant wasn't very crowded, but we ordered a meal for the four of us. We waited for an hour and still didn't receive anything, so we went back to the bar to get more drinks and inquire about our order. They said it would be another 10 minutes, but it ended up taking an extra 30 minutes. Some other tables had left and requested a refund. There was no apology offered. When the food finally arrived, it was just okay. We will not be returning to this place again.

I visited this restaurant this evening around 7:30pm for about an hour. Unfortunately, two out of the three toilets in the Ladies room were disgusting and unusable. I reported this to the staff. Upon arrival, there were only a few free tables. We cleared a table and ordered our curries, which were very nice. There were three female staff members, but only one was clearing tables and bringing out food. The tables around us remained uncleared for the duration of our stay. When I visited the Ladies room again before leaving, two of the toilets were locked and the third one had no toilet paper. I'm not sure what the manager and the other two female staff members were doing, although I did see one of them disappear upstairs with a meal.

I have to say at first that i was not the only customer commenting on this in this wetherspoons. Got a pint of Budweiser as did someone across the aisle from me. The colour was so obviously not full lager. It was pale to almost being water like in colour. When you drank it you could taste it had been drastically watered down or that is how it tasted to me. Now of course i can 't know for sure and am simply saying what happened but when i heard the man on the other table lean across to his girlfriend and say 'this has been watered down ' i knew i was right. It was more water than lager. You could see it in the very pale colour and watery taste. I have no idea what happened because i 'd be surprised if wetherspoons there would take the chance of watering it down but am just stating that it was very very watery in taste and very very pale in colour and more than one person noticed it. Never happened before in any other wetherspoons so would love to know why this would be and what the reason could be. Other than that a lovely wetherspoons with great ambience in a beautiful building. Didn 't have some of the usual offerings you see in others but very nice just the same. The lager though.....very odd and i can 't explain it.
