They had a Persian vegetarian dish which looked interesting. I chose a table by the window and took a complimentary newspaper from the rack to read. A few minutes later my coffee arrived and then five minutes after that a delicious looking meal was placed in front of me. And it was....delicious. It was fresh, tasty, and a mix of lentils, chickpeas, spinach, watercress, pomegranate and topped with grilled Haloumi cheese. I hope this stays on the menu for a while. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean tables etc, super lunch.
Plenty of good parking and proper sized parking spot. And yes they cater for the disabled/physical impaired. The Cornish Cafe is a great cafe for light meals, and quick snacks. It also displays a lot of Cornish food and produce to buy. As well as the usual Waitrose retail food market produce. Quite a little gem.
Building has a lovely Georgian design. Easy parking. Bonus Cornish Food Shop adjoins the supermarket, which is brilliant and we always make the time to stop here, when we are on holiday.
Having lived in bath for several years, stumbling upon this newly built Georgian-inspired Waitrose on my visit to Cornwall was a delight. The views to the east were simply stunning. The staff were exdeedingly polite and helpful and the vegan mac mushroom and taiko prawn katsu were delicious.
I liked their Almond croissants but the last one I had was very stodgy, I guess the cook had an off day. They like to pride themselves with being the best but i notice even the staff have gone downhill a bit. They are expensive Decent car park.
