I will not be coming back to this disaster of a restaurant. What happened? It used to be excellent. The food was terrible and the customer service was even worse. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Always been our Families Chinese Takeaway to go too. We had a Takeaway from here over the weekend and it was dreadful. Food was cold on arrival. Quality of the meat was 2nd best. Also to look at once plated up the food did not look very appetising at all. Prices also have risen compared to other Chinese Restaurants in Truro. Won’t be ordering from here anymore. Time to find a new Chinese Restaurant to spend our money with so we get what we pay for.

I have always enjoyed this restaurant for its good food, but unfortunately it has recently gone downhill. I ordered two items for delivery for one person, only to find out that I would have to pay nearly an additional £5 for delivery. I decided to decline and asked someone I know to pick up the order instead, but they also declined as payment had to be made upon pick up. What difference does it make if the order is paid for in advance or upon pick up? It shouldn't be their loss if the order is paid for and not picked up. This experience was extremely disappointing, so I will now take my business and money elsewhere. Grrr!

We ordered a few very simple bits and pieces…. Said delivery in an hour- actually took two hours. We phoned twice to cancel only to be told it was on the way- which can’t have been true!! We wouldn’t order again- Yue is much better and at least they’re up front about how long delivery will take.

The customer service is absolutely shocking the owner would rather sit on her phone whilst the other guy does all the work the foods gone really down hill lately and the level of rudeness coming from the restaurant/counter is unacceptable please get this sorted this used to be the best place in Truro but now I’d rather take my money elsewhere simply a disaster nowadays
