Pasty Presto - Cornwall,Isles of Scilly

I visited this restaurant during a coastal walk. The Cornish pasties were delicious, filled with flavorful meat and vegetables. The staff were also very friendly and pleasant.

Friendly staff and delicious beef pasty, one of the best I’ve had, all packed up in a nice little paper carrier bag. Would highly recommend a visit.

Very friendly service and tasty, hot coffee served. Sweet pastries very fresh and would certainly recommend the savoury pasties the curry flavours makes a great change.

I called ahead to inquire about purchasing a steak pasty. I was informed that the pasties are made with various additional ingredients and are not made on site, but in a different factory. After learning this, I decided to go to a different place instead. The ingredients of the pasties include wheat flour (gluten), potato, beef, margarine, swede, onions, beef fat, pork fat, seasoning, butter, salt, modified maize starch, sugar, black pepper, and a glaze made of water, vegetable oil, modified starch, dextrose, emulsifiers, vegetable protein, milk proteins, acidity regulator, and color. They also contain semi-skimmed milk.

Bought a couple of Apple, Rhubarb Custard pasties and they were delicious. Unfortunately the lady who served me could not have been more disinterested in serving me entering into no conversation not even a Thankyou which costs nothing. Wouldn’t return regardless of how good their offerings are!
