The welcome at this restaurant is delightful, as is the ambiance. The food is decent but not exceptional. For starters, we had poppadoms with a pickle tray; the mango chutney was underwhelming and the price of the pickle tray was quite high. We split three main dishes and several sides among the four of us, and the portions were plentiful. While the food was good, it was not outstanding. This is definitely the spot to dine at on Wednesdays or Sundays when they offer special discounted pricing.

We made a spontaneous decision to dine at this restaurant and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, and the food had a delicious depth of flavor. It was evident that the dishes were prepared with care and skill. We wish we lived closer so that we could become regular customers.

Not had an Indian for ages, found this one tried it for a home delivery. I rang and got all the help I needed with the ordering, any questions were answered quickly and with knowledge, excellent service, from ordering to delivery was 25 minutes, excellent, then to the food. It was piping hot, well presented, very tasty came with the small free salad, mint riata 2 popadoms, I enjoyed the meal so much that I have now decided although not the nearest to me to make this my 'goto ' Indian restaurant. If you 're looking but not sure if you should give it a try then I would recommend these guys highly, great service good food. Will definitely use again.

Have used this restaurant since it opened over 10 years ago. We usually go as a couple, but have taken family and friends on many occasions. Never disappointed. We always get a warm welcome from the owner Muhammad and his staff. The staff in the restaurant rarely change, its nice to see friendly familiar faces whenever we visit. The food is always excellent, freshly cooked with great taste and good portion sizes. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, the atmosphere relaxing and welcoming, with friendly and professional service. The Wednesday and Sunday curry night special is extremely good value. During 'Covid Lockdown ' the restaurant has been offering takeaway service only. We live in a village a few miles from the restaurant, but have been ordering a takeaway on most Saturday evenings, The food is well worth the 15 mile round trip to collect. We also arrange orders for friends in the village, and some evenings collect and deliver 5 orders. Everyone enjoys their Saturday evening curry! Special thanks to Muhammad, Glas, Buzz and the chefs during these difficult times, our orders have always been correct with no mistakes!!
