Linden Hey Garden Tea Room

What a wonderful find!Cheerful Spring bulbs in pots by the entrance, very welcoming, efficient and friendly staff, and a tasty and well presented lunch. Tea and delicious Hevva fruitcake afterwards for my husband, and a lovely warm scone with cream and exceptionally delicious plum jam for me. We were very impressed by how the staff treated all customers, and in particular the several elderly ones who were there on our visit. They were kind, helpful and gentle. Will definitely visit again fitted in very well with a trip to Burncoose Garden and nursery.

Delightful gem of a place. Enjoyed the Linden Hey cream tea. Fresh warm scones with generous amounts of Cornish cream and jam. Tranquil setting and very friendly staff. Couldn’t have chosen a nicer place to enjoy an afternoon tea. Excellent value and quality.

Signs at the side of the route to Trelissick Gardens tempted us to visit and we discovered a lovely tea room in a tranquil garden with a friendly welcome…. We had a wonderful cream tea, beautifully served in an old fashioned china teaset. Scones and both our different teas were delicious! We shall definitely return and sample some of the tasty looking cakes and sandwiches.
