Although it wasn't crowded, the ambiance was delightful. The woman who attended to us during our meal was quiet yet friendly. Our meal was absolutely fantastic—a complete fish dish that was superbly prepared. We can’t wait to go back!
I visited Mevagissey for the first time and dined at Blue. It was a pleasant surprise to find a place that doesn't serve enormous sandwiches. If you're in the mood for a light bite, this is the spot to choose. The tea was good, the cheese was delicious, and the granary bread was fresh and flavorful. The menu is extensive, offering everything from afternoon tea to full meals, and the bistro is licensed as well. The prices are reasonable, making it a worthwhile visit.
The food was excellent, accompanied by charming service. It's a cozy, family-run restaurant. Both the pecan pie and the Moroccan lamb were absolutely delicious.
The three of us decided we would have lunch here as it looked clean and cosy . We ordered and waited and waited and waited after about 45 minutes my husbands fish and chips appeared, the chips were raw and the peas hard as bullets....
Reading some of the reviews we were not expecting much, yet is was very nice, friendly service, good food at reasonable prices, a quite pleasant experience
