The taste is so smooth and not good quality for coffee

So I went into today like 8 people in the line, not one car in drive thru for some reason none of the 6 other people would help the guy clear the line in the store rather just stand there and talk lol, I’ve worked at places like this if you have nothing to do you can help on the cash

They don't seem to know how to make some of the more complex drinks, but I do appreciate our server trying to make the requested hazelnut cold brew with espresso foam even though she wasn't quite sure how to. The store is very small, though.
