Mcdonald's - Cornwall

Listen, really lovely people working here. Cornwall is a lovely, down to earth city. But headquarters has to provide better management training and support. Give them a fighting chance. They’re understaffed for all shifts never seen them properly staffed regardless of when I’m there. McDonald’s can afford to do better.

The staff was very helpful when someone hurt themselves on the playplace. They did wonderful!

Always closed even though it says it’s 24/7Workers just sit outside

Women bathroom is absolutely disgusting. There were flies flying around, no toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stalls and all of them were so dirty. Service was slow although the place was quite empty and the fries were cold. Substandard McDonald location.

This has got to be the slowest McDonald's in all of Eastern Ontario. I spent over 15 minutes in the drive thru. The business really needs to fix this. If you're in a rush, don't stop here. Updated cause I just opened my food. The English muffin was rock hard. And now you can see why.
