The Fat Radish - Cornucopia

PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Came here just over a year ago and everything was amazing, even got to share a bottle of wine with the owner and he was so nice and welcoming. Will definitely miss this place. Now there is a for sale sign in the front and their number is disconnected.

This is one of my favorite brunch experiences! Their food is fantastic and everyone there cares about what they're doing.

Definitely go for the Friday fish fry. It's not just deep fried whitefish. You can get it pan fried and trout pan fried or deep fried. Their fish is from Halvorsen's (go there for the smoked trout). The fried Brussel sprouts were great too. My son said they were the best he's had (he's 12 so that's high praise). We were there again this year and it's worth the drive from Bayfield. I got the all you can eat trout pan fried again and, while I was pretty full, had to get a second piece which was huge. Definitely get the smashed potatoes. My husband got the lamb chops. And bring a sweater or cover up. Their AC is very cold!

Visited years ago when they were in Bayfield and loved it, so were a bit disappointed this time around by atmosphere, service, and quality of food. Cookies we bought were rather dry. Nothing was outstanding about our meals. Pancakes looked amazing walking by, but they were sold out when we ordered.
