Monkey bread is a fantastic, rich, and sweet must try at brunch if you're into that type of thing, orange cardamom French toast is delicious and unique as well. Also tried brunch specials of watermelon cosmopolitan very nice and biscuits and gravy, which was perfectly peppery, mushroomy, and savory over cornbread biscuits. For dinner, the warm bread is a great way to start with some unique butter options. More fun drinks to choose from as well. Can't go wrong with the Quincy salad, roasted duck breast, or French onion soup duck was cooked to perfection, and accompanying croquettes are also a hit! Can't recommend semifreddo and s'more bread pudding desserts enough, another couple of must tries, semifreddo like a rich semifrozen chocolate mousse, and s'more style may be the best way to do bread pudding.
The food was absolutely delicious. The flavors are exiting and fresh, an emotional experience for a food lover. Everything was skillfully prepared and presented. There was a refreshing attention to detail by all staff. This was a memorable culinary experience. Thank you so much for all your efforts. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch
Quincy Exchange is a culinary oasis in Corning’s otherwise somewhat challenging eating environment. We had the cornmeal crusted calamari and the Caesar salad for dinner, and both dishes were expertly prepared and served. The wine list is another big plus, with a focus on Finger Lake wines, but it is also complemented with a variety of Old and New World wines. Finally, the dining room setting is exceptionally spacious and tastefully decorated.
The quality of the food and service was exceptional! The server's knowledge of the wines, beers, and food was extensive and he was more than happy to converse with my husband and I as we enjoyed our lunch. I highly recommend for a high quality date in the F.L.X. Provisions side of the restaurant. We hope to return to enjoy the Quincy Exchange side soon.
We had a top-notch dining experience at this restaurant. I enjoyed their creative selection of non-alcoholic beverages. We tried the steak frites, which had a unique twist with shattered new potatoes instead of fries, and what seemed to be a ribeye for the steak. Unfortunately, it was quite tough and chewy. I would opt for a different dish next time, but I am excited to return for a special occasion.
