The staff seemed to have issues with serving customers at the counter and were quite dismissive. It took a long time for me to finally get my drink and the extra sauce I paid for. I specifically requested my spicy ranch, and what I received was barely enough to cover the bottom of the cup. They refused to fix it. At any other Taco Bell, I've always received a generous amount. Additionally, the staff was rude, and the service overall was disappointing. I suggest choosing a different location!
It was just two minutes before closing, and the staff were cleaning up and wrapping up their tasks. Despite this, my partner and I decided to stop in for some pork. Instead of rushing us out, the team at this Taco Bell in Cornelia, GA, welcomed us with open arms. Thank you for accommodating us for a late-night taco fix! I also noticed a few friendly wild cats hanging around the dumpster—no worries there! Live, laugh, love! Yo quiero Taco Bell!
The employees were lovely and courteous. My order was processed quickly, and I received it promptly. Everything was just as I requested. The food was excellent.
I ordered an salad and tomato dish. I waited in this line for 30 minutes or better I was high ed out that it doesn't make any sense, it's as if they weren't prepared their food until they were taken into the window and money then the preparation of the food started, that's so wrong I saw chic fa la and they had like 17 or 18 autos deleted ever last car thru empty and taco bell had just moved a car and I'm dead
I waited over 30 minutes for my order. I ordered online, arrived at the drive thru at 4:37pm, received food at 5:10. I was missing a taco, my quesadillas were wrong, the tacos received were wrong and cold , and they were out of beans and rice, and we received some mystery burrito. I’d also like to note that there were only three cars ahead of me. The rest of the food was good, but all things considered, the experience was NOT good. On the bright side, the customer service was good.
