Starbucks - Corley

The atmosphere here was chaotic. Someone took my drink with my name on it, drank it, and then returned it to the staff, claiming it wasn't theirs. After that, the staff forgot about my drink. I waited patiently, but when I finally asked about it, the guy mistakenly made the wrong drink for me. He called out this incorrect drink, which led to another staff member getting angry at him for the mistake. Clearly frustrated, the two staff members then handed me the wrong drink, insisting it was what I ordered. Even after I asked if it was the correct drink, they lied to me. I had waited long enough, so I decided to leave.

I was served by Lola, who was incredibly kind and made my meal exactly how I wanted it. I would give this experience a 5 out of 5! I ordered takeout and it was a delightful meal. The price was very reasonable, only £1-10 per person. Overall, I would rate the service a perfect 5!

Customer service here was fantastic! We were served by Fern who was patient with us as we were a bit indecisive with what drinks we wanted to order. I have also been looking for a specific green plastic Starbucks cup that you can usually buy, in every Starbucks but had no success. One of the lady's took me round to the back to show me the staff cups. Unfortunately, they don't have the one I was looking for in stock. But I did manage to bag myself a reusable colour changing cup and I'm very pleased with it!
