Chili's Grill - Corinth

The food was good and plentiful. Staff was friendly. Was seated right away, but it took a little too long to get our food after we ordered (about 25-30 minutes)

So it pains me to give this kind of rating but I ordered their big bbq bacon burger. (Its a giant double burger)I asked for only 1 slice of cheese and a patty on side plain for my dogs. Mind you I normally order the sw egg rolls and chicken enchilada soup, never disappoints. Anyway, I wanted a burger. Huge mistake not only did they put cheese on the side patty, the BBQ sauce was off putting. After 2 or 3 bites I was done and still hungry. 2 stars because my dogs liked it and had their fill w both patties and soft bacon. I peeled the cheese off. Now Go get your grub on or NOT.

Not happy with crispy chicken fingers. Very thin and feel like I’m just eating batter

I am beyond baffled at how this review has 4 stars. My wife and I called in an order, got here to pickup, and she's been in there for atleast 15 minutes now. Terrible establishment. No order. Rude service. On a Tuesday. Literally, 20 minutes later, They charged my card twice and are now having trouble refunding my order. And had the audacity to ask if I still wanted the order. Absolute joke.

We had so many bad experiences in a row that we had not come for about a year, but went back last night. the new menu has been revised and it is soou much better. the food came fast and fresh and hot. the whole staff was very friendly. the place was kept clean. our server elijah was so friendly and personal to actually meet us and beyond. it has changed my mind on chili completely. great job! we're coming back!
