While this is a new location and right off the interstate; this location does not honor or accept any coupons or offers from the Burger King app. And the staff will inform you of it as they treat you disrespectfully and as if your visit to there establishment is an inconvenience to them. SAVE YOUR AND GO NEXT DOOR TO POPEYES OR ARBYS.
Food is good, but the work staff is unprofessional. The lady that took our order was talking on her cellphone the whole time and got our order wrong. Definitely wont be back there.
Super excited about the classic Italian chicken sandwich coming back. Went and got it today as a to go order, went home and excitedly opened my sandwich. Little to no sauce but I 'm told this is the standard and then I was told don 't worry about it, the sauce really isn 't as good as the original one seven years ago. Very disappointed. Won 't be going back to a BK for a good long while.
Horrible service! Lady at the window was extremely inconvenienced that I had the nerve to order from the drive thru. Order was all screwed up. I ordered 2 value meals and a burger a la cart with a couple packs of nuggets. Got home with 3 value meals, none of which I ordered and no nuggets. Go elsewhere, this ain't it
I understand the stress of being short staffed but the manager was just so unprofessional. She kept blaming her new hires for us not having received our food after 20 minutes when she was the one cooking as we watched others behind us receive their order... she said our food was right there and pointed to the kitchen as it still hadn't been made when we asked for our food. Also the cashier rang up the wrong burger, not her fault she was new, but the way the manager handled the situation and put blame on her team after already hearing her rudely boss them around from the lobby just made me uncomfortable. She would also not honor the coupon we used for the first order after issuing the refund and re entering the order that we requested, mind you we never even got our food we were correcting the wrongly placed order... she was letting me know she was frustrated with her new staff but again unprofessional, i dont need to hear that i just want my food and order corrected. My two your old was screaming he was so hungry but she was arguing about reapplying the coupon we used so we just left and went to the burger king on the loop. Dont let a newer building fool you. Also from experience i cant help but think they're desperately hiring because of how management conducts respect and professionalism towards their employees. Also the only person who greeted me was the nice customer who came in after me.
