For starters, the service was so slow. I was in the shop about 35 minutes and 2 groups came who only had 5 minutes and were served first. This is how a PROPER business does not work. Also the behavior of the girls (waitresses) was so ironic and aggressive towards us. Finally when the shop has only 4 waiters on such festive days when he knows he will have work, all I can say is that the shop should be put in order or better another boss.

I have been in the restaurant business for years in Athens and on the big islands, so I always give second chances to the shops I go to, as there are always bad times and days. But here we are not talking about a bad moment, but about bad staff management.. NO store with prestige and personality lets its staff come to the workplace in the clothes they wear at home.. NO restaurant, on days they know they will have work, leaves the posts exposed with only 3 people to cover 30 tables.. and especially when these people are infinite. In an order of 4 coffees, it is tragic for a customer to wait 45 minutes and in the end one of the 4 coffees is wrong... they don't bring a straw while they see that there is cold coffee on the tray. But even though I had seen these mistakes from the first time, until it was time to go a second time, I saw every day that this particular shop was always crowded.. so, they deserve this way of serving all their patrons
