We dined in this restaurant with friends with great expectations having been rewarded by bourgeois on TV. beautiful location, very cared for. typical of the Salento farm. the service and the owners impeccable, very courteous and professional. But, let's go to the kitchen. we took the appetizers recommended by the owner with different flows of sea and land. Good. no wow but good effect. after which we ordered: rabbit and goat chaplain, crispy onion and herbal oil. good, very good according to the opinion of all the people who ordered it pods and sponzali, cream of turnip, be of clams and mussels and caper powder. absolutely no. very salty dish, unmangiabile for my goi, impattato malissimo (allego foto) without flavor (in addition to the said spaghetti artichoke and mint, tonno tartare, chop of stracciatella and black of sepia. Good. but also here there is no wow fillet effect of honeycomb squeeze (rich medium/blood kitchen) to be sent back to the kitchen. You're so weird. the same problem also had at the table near ours. the cream of topinambur as bottom was good citrus of pigeons and pistachios. discreet. Here too no wow effect as well as flavors like stacking the baked potatoes as a contour were good...perhaps the best sorbetto asprissimo puffet chanting to the good citrus. of course, the only thing in the review is a matter of personal goto and refer to the owner the same evening that kindly apologized...but the impression on the dishes remains. certainly the quality products do not discuss it, but probably the expectations were too high compared to the level of the dishes. and prices. Beautiful farmhouse/ masseria with a lot of esthical settings- interial and exterial. The food is local excellent food, the service friendly and the cakes for breakfast unforgettable! This is a place to eat and stay before you die!

Quality food in a friendly atmosphere, kind service and great location. The court is very welcoming and typical.

I loved this masseria well located in Corigliano and a beautiful quiet property. Breakfast was delicious with freshly baked croissants and tarts, and fruit picked earlier that morning (figs, grapes, and prunes). Dinner is served on the terrace and every table was full for the two nights I was there. Chiara and the entire team take care of everything. I want to come back and book out all the rooms someday and invite a bunch of family or friends to spend a week or two relaxing in Salento. All the photos on their IG page are real!

I was there a few nights ago with my girlfriend, my brother with his wife and my brother with his boyfriend. we took the start of the farm, the octopus with the three sauces, several first dishes and sweets. a bottle of rosette and a red. excellent quality of the product, perfect presentation of the dish and extraordinary service and atmosphere. clear and the brother are competent and professional boys, but also to the hand and very kind and polite. What to say. we went in the evening, and we would like to return the day because the farm is definitely one of the best, if not the best of the salty! we will definitely return, you go without hesitation!
