Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Food was hot off the press and very good! Staff informed me they would have to cook my food to order and it still came pretty quickly. I was greeted and thanked during my visit!

I used the app to order a pickup order. I verified my order before it was placed. I received an order confirmation email and order was correct. I picked up my order and also confirmed order again. Got home and opened my order to find that it was partially incorrect. I ordered the Signature Club sandwich with no pickles and Zax sauce. All I received was a bun and chicken, nothing else. Very disappointed and have never had an issue before.

It had been many, many years since my last visit. A big portion of the menu is no longer available. Now, it's basically just chicken strips and wings. The chicken strips were good. For the price, I prefer a different place with better service and atmosphere.

LITERALLY a cup full of ice and barely any soda. Cold food. Paid for extra sauces, none added. Had to get a refund from Uber EATS. NEVER AGAIN!
