Subway - Cordova

Rude workers. Don?t take the coupons. Made us sick.

The food was good, fresh, and served quickly. The staff was attentive and efficient. The prices were reasonable, too.

That was a fantastic experience! The two staff members worked incredibly well together. Whenever one of them went to bring out an order, the other seamlessly picked up right where they left off. They were super fast, and I especially appreciated how they carefully inspected the veggies, discarding any that didn't look fresh before adding them to my sandwich.

I found my sandwich to be delicious, but I deducted two stars because I wanted egg whites added to it. When I placed my order, the employee checked with a colleague to see if they were still serving breakfast. The answer was no. Then the sandwich maker told me they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. I understand that it was two hours past breakfast time, but the eggs were just sitting there and would eventually be thrown away. It seemed like a missed opportunity to reduce food waste. If the food is visibly available, I don't see why it couldn't be used. I left feeling disappointed and won't be returning. Interestingly, when we left 25 minutes later, the eggs were still on the line. If they aren’t going to serve them to customers willing to take them, they should remove them from the display.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the sandwich I ordered was delicious. I'm curious how two locations can differ so much in quality. My usual spot is the Subway on Bartlett, located on the Autobahn 64 across from Target, and it's definitely worth a visit for this hidden gem!
