I ordered the delivery from this place twice and left items twice from the order and the sandwiches were not ordered as. The first customer service was great. They immediately rectified by refunding missing items. I know things happen, so I tried them again. This time it was a very unpleasant interaction. The employee on the phone argued that they included the articles even after I repeated that they were not refunded. They were not helpful, so I felt like a thief and it ended without dissolution. You kept my money and I don't have a product. This will be the LAST time for the patronage of this institution.
This was the first time I visited this place and the first time I had a Lenny's Sub that was not juicy and tasty. The bacon was undercooked and so were the veggies for the Philly. I'm staying at East Memphis. Customer service was great. The Lord offered a remake, but I had an appointment.
I was greeted upon entering and my order was made perfectly. They always have a good crowd flow, but I never wait too long for my food.
I ordered a curbside order but when I got there the app would not let me select the Im here option so I tried calling multiple times and never got an answer. I had to physically go in and pick up my order which was something I wasn 't prepared for. This was a big inconvenience. The curbside was my main reason for driving all the way to this location, other than that I would have went to the location near my home. Lennys need to let people know the stores that no longer offer curbside. This was a second incident.
