Maurice and Carly were very friendly and got out the food/coffee quickly!

Drove up to the speaker, no wait. Immediately greeted. Order taker was very kind and cheerful. I asked if they made Hot chocolate kid temperature and the answer was “no.” Order taker, Offered to add an ice cube to my son’s hot chocolate so it wouldn’t be too hot. Lady at the window opened window and greeted us again. Took payment and patiently waited while I put my wallet away. Order came out quickly. Drinks made correct! Muffin perfect. Croissant buns cooked a little longer than usual. (Burnt areas) We picked those off and ate the sandwich! Overall good experience and service!

My entire order was incorrect. I ordered a pumpkin iced coffee and received caramel instead. I requested American cheese on my sandwich, but they gave me white cheddar. Instead of hash browns, I got someone else's egg packs. The sourdough bread tasted like gum.

Maurice and Carlee at the Germantown Pwk location are absolutely outstanding. Their customer service is top-notch, and they've completely won me over from Starbucks. It's important to recognize their efforts, as they're the kind of employees who keep customers coming back. I would definitely return for the blueberry munchkins and their fantastic service!

The location is impressive, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean. The donuts and coffee are consistently excellent.
