A five-star experience truly deserves a five-star rating. I visited the urgent care center after having a biking accident where I fell and sustained injuries, including a broken tooth and several open wounds. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they took great care of me with genuine expertise. I don't often leave reviews, but I have to commend the NHS for their outstanding service in every aspect. Thank you!

It's clear how hard the staff works; they had no breaks or downtime, constantly attending to patients as quickly as possible. I could see the steady flow of people coming in and out, trying to get the care they needed. I understand that not everyone can appreciate the urgent care center, especially when they're in pain, feeling impatient, or unwell. However, I hope they can find some comfort knowing that there are those who do appreciate the care provided here. Thank you to the dedicated staff for their hard work!

I had a fantastic experience with the service and care at this restaurant. If only Northamptonshire had more places like this! I was in and out in under an hour. The reception staff, triage nurse, and doctor listened carefully to all my symptoms and were extremely polite throughout.

When they arrive, they can get the impression that it is not very busy. but if they pass the triage nurse, then they get to see the real waiting room that is usually very full. the personal works very hard to see patients as quickly as possible, but it will wait due to the clinical necessity, not long time. Waiting times of over 90 minutes are not unusual. that said it's a fantastic facility that's widespread. while I was there, I spoke with people out of the market harbour! corby may not have his own sick house, but this is brilliant for dinge, which is not urgent enough for a

I was very impressed today with the care received today for my elderly 91year old Aunt. We were in and out the centre within 30 minutes and the staff were all helpful. Positive outcome.
