A tardis-like space awaits you as you push open the door of Activ Cycles cafe in Corbridge. The slender shop front gives way to a stripped back space that immediately makes you flex your shoulders to enjoy the wide open spaces behind the door. From a tiny service counter you'll be served by young, friendly staff who know all about the goodies on offer. Food appears magically from the downstairs kitchen and is borne aloft to the diners. Generous baked potatoes, wraps and flatbread pizzas are on offer as well as enticing cakes, excellent tea and aromatic coffee. Free wi-fi too!
I was in the area on my bike and called in for mid morning coffee and a cake. All very nice and free coffee top up to boot. Lovely bike shop as well I bought a bike from here 3 years ago before the cafe addition. Coffee, cake and bike shop what's not to like?

One of our favourite places for brunch or leisurely coffee and cake on the weekend. Really good flat white, delicious scones and a good selection of cakes. Can't remember how many times we've been there, and will be returning for more
