Chili's - Coralville

The service was quick and welcoming. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. The restaurant was also very clean.

The only complaint about our experience at the restaurant at 7pm was that they needed more servers or another bartender. Our server also happened to be the bartender, so it wasn't his fault that he couldn't give our table the attention it needed. Our drinks were delayed, so we had to ask another server to get us three drinks and our chips and salsa. However, the food was hot and enjoyable.

It was really good! Our group of 6 all had great food with a super attentive server!

You know I go places alot, eat food here and there, it's my get away from stress and maybe even have a drink.......but here. It's dirty I ordered a drink and it didn't come at all, I had to get up and bother the bartender since my server didn't get it.My strips undercooked, it's dirty and gross. The staff is friendly and helpful but it's disgusting and disappointing. Hands downbad experience. My water had something in it, like it wasn't cleaned properly. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!

This dining experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. It was evident how bad the service was when people who were seated after us received their appetizers and meals before we even got our drinks. In short, the food was cold and unappetizing, the staff were unfriendly, and we had to constantly flag them down for assistance. To elaborate further, this was my first time dining out with my two young children and a friend with twin babies and an older child. We arrived at the restaurant on a Thursday afternoon after 1pm, and despite it being nearly empty, we waited for almost 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or took our drink order. Despite my initial desire to leave, my friend had a gift card she wanted to use, so we decided to give it a chance. We even had to search for sticky and dirty high chairs ourselves. Once we finally placed our orders, my friend's son's meal, my salad, and one drink arrived promptly. However, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the rest of our drinks, and then another 10-15 minutes for the rest of our food. To make matters worse, they forgot to bring out our appetizer until we were halfway through our meal. The food itself was cold and led to some of us feeling unwell after eating. It was incredibly frustrating to have to deal with such poor service and subpar food when I could have easily cooked a better meal at home without the hassle of cleaning sticky high chairs and entertaining my children for an excessive amount of time. The staff were unhelpful, except for a kind couple who offered to share their food with us when they saw our challenging situation with four young children. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering that I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant.
