This is my favorite place to eat and I live over an hour away. Sometimes I’ll make the drive just for Charlie’s. It’s amazing food and the customer service is great!

Overall a pretty good experience. I had to explain my order several times to the guy at the register, but I'd rather do that than get the wrong thing. And they did it right. It's a little pricey for what you get, especially the Ultimate Fries, which are nothing all that special. But, it was good.

I have bought these sandwiches for years and have received good service, but today the cashier was crabby when I asked for something and the person who made the sandwich was crabby. She also put my sandwich in a dirty styrofoam container that had some kind of weird orange sauce on it. It was gross.

Bad attitude and questionable food. I don’t eat food that’s thrown across the counter because patch-eye wants to leave.
