Red Lobster - Coral Springs

I’ve received the best customer service I’ve ever received in a restaurant today. Marissa was awesome. I had an issue with my order she dealt with it promptly, she apologized, empathized and not only that but she took the order back and it didn’t take any time for her to bring my replacement order out. The icing on the cake was when the manager came out to speak with me to also apologize. I had an amazing experience. Marissa does her job and does it well!! <3

Surprisingly amazing food beyond the cheddar biscuits. I have been to this location once before and my meal was good and on special and this time I ordered an appetizer and the seafood entree special promotion was one of the best shrimp dinners I’ve had in a while. Very impressed however while 5/5 for the food and service/ price ; the kitchen was so behind waited 1 hr for food and short staff with some interior renovations would help.

Excellent food and drinks from the bar. Customer service was also great. Highly recommended. 5/5.

My waitress Cat was wonderful, I was dining all alone but she made my experience memorable. Thank you for making my visit a VIP one and the food was delicious
