Mcdonald's - Coral Springs

I visited mcdonald’s with me. it has been updated recently. I like the changes especially 2 running gear thru-Lanen and better menu screens. the personal is very happy.

The food order is always accurate, but the long wait times in the drive-thru are frustrating. I learned more about my friend while waiting in the car, but the situation can be pretty unpredictable depending on the time of day. There have been times when I left the drive-thru after a long wait, and I find that frustrating. I once waited 45 minutes for a $15 order! If you're not in a hurry and have something to keep you entertained in the car, it can be manageable, but it can really test your patience. Interestingly, the nearby Arby's doesn't seem to attract as many customers either, which might suggest that the service times haven't improved here.

This restaurant would easily earn a 5-star rating if the ice machine were consistently kept clean! Although I don't eat bark often, I really enjoy their delicious chicken sandwiches.

Talk about slow service! everyone moves slowly and has commanded supported! they drive around the corner wrapped. the machine used to make it quick and like 1,2,3. mc **** I tell you. would not recommend this place if it was the last mc donald’s on the planet! be warned. slow service and crappy service. what you get 12.00!

Once I got home and opened the bag, I discovered that two of my sandwiches were just empty buns. I tried calling the restaurant a couple of times, but there was no answer. So, I had to drive back. On my way in, I met another customer who had the same issue. When I got inside, I explained my situation to the cashier, who informed the manager. They started remaking just the two sandwiches for me, not the entire order. After a 20-minute wait, I finally received my food and had to drive back home to reheat the rest of it. I really hope someone reads this and provides better training and management to the staff since the recent remodel. They weren't disrespectful, just severely untrained. I used to enjoy this McDonald's, and I hope things improve soon.
