Mcdonald's - Coral Springs

I order on the app. No one could seem to find my order. They finally found it, then needed me to pull into a spot to bring me my tea, she brings me my tea, with no straw. I said, I need a straw too. She says it's in the bag. I said no it's not. She says canyou just look? Like... WHAT?! Cool. Then I SHOW HER THERE'S NO STRAW. McDonald's y'all can do way better or get more educatedpeople. Idk. But 20 minutes for some nuggets is pretty bad.

Like big mac’s, but as always the special sauce makes it so delicate when I come home. if u eat in u have more likely that they get a few firm bites, but this sose makes it mushy fall apart and wrap up sloppy, the experience to ruin.

Very bad for night time delivery, they are drive through is very long line, you waist your time, it's very nasty.. I never go this Macdonald for delivery.. atleast 1 and half hour waist my time for one Uber eats delivery it's so sad.. ????

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years, and it’s always been decent enough. After my experience there yesterday, I would be surprised if I ever went back. The drive thru line did not move at all with 6 cars waiting, so I went in. I waited by the register with my 10 yr old, and the kitchen staff sees me there and never comes over to take my order. I asked if someone could come over and after being asked twice, they did. A young girl walks over and takes a deep breath of annoyance (they were clearly understaffed).. rushes to take my order and never asks me the typical questions, like what sauce for my nuggets and if I wanted apple slices or extra fries for the happy meal…. So, I get my food, see that they gave me extra fries instead of apple slices and a sauce for the nuggets I did not ask for. When I asked the lady for the items I did want, she told me to stop yelling at her (which I hadn’t even raised my voice) and that she put in the bags what was on the screen. I proceeded to tell her that those were not my choices. In any rate, they were very rude.

What kind of HOT FUDGE is this? Disgusting. Ordered a typical Sunday and This is not the typical hot fudge you get in a McDonald’s every time I come here I have to throw it away in the trash, what a waste of money and go to a different McDonald’s that has the ORIGINAL HOT FUDGE. This taste like nasty chocolate its too watery and nasty, PLEASE GET BACK THE REGULAR HOT FUDGE
